Featured today is a photo app (kind of) called Wifi photo transfer. It allows you to download photos from your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad to your computer through a web browser. So for instance if you just want a few pictures, its much easier to open the app, type in the IP address given to you inside the app and download whatever pictures you want. You can also password protect it so only you or someone you know can access these photos.
